That smart device/tablet app is optimised to ensure best participant experience by automatically adapting to 3G/4G/5G or WiFi broadcasting mode. A local network connection is also available for desktop applications. Automatic network switching is recommended.

Recommended bandwidth for conference attendees and webinar attendees

For video conferencing:

• 600 kbps / 1.2 Mbps for high quality video
• For gallery mode and / or 720p HD video: 1.5 Mbps / 1.5 Mbps
• 1080p HD video requires 2.5 Mbps
